| 内容記述 | We constructed a group experiential program for student teachers to look back on their practical training at school. In this program, student teachers reflected their leadership based on the children's "voice", that is, positive or negative feedback of school children they had taught. The classification of the children's voices and the responses of student teachers toward them suggests that student-teaching has effects on deeping and expanding their awareness of, attitude toward, and will for the profession as a teacher. | |||||
