| 内容記述 | To obtain the view of job of the nurses after one years' employment, We gave the question papaer by CES-D score, LOC score, sentence completion with "the work for me" for the new graduate nurses of two university hospitals. As a result, [a basis of life], [a valuable thing], [a thing that leads to growth and selfrealization], [a burden], and [a role as member in the society] were found as the view of job of the new graduate nurses. In addition, the relations were found between the view of job and CES-D score, and LOC score, Therefore, proper possibility was shown in the view of job for an index of the psychological assessment tool to the vocational stress of the new graduate nurses. | |||||
