| 内容記述 | The network society has progressed rapidly. The Internet is must be the core of that sociey. The Internet surely gives us the great benefit, but on the other hand it has the very dangerous side. The Internet is like a double-edged sword just as nuclear power is. The Internet can be either a valuable tool or a trouble of the society as a breeding ground for crime that will bring confusion to the life of people, obstruct social activities and disturb social order. It all depends on morals of people and the society itself that utilize the Internet. We have to nurture our good will to have certain morals for the network society, which are "information morals".\ This paper, firstly, explains what morals are, and their roles as well as values in the society are described. Then, we analyze the characteristics of the Internet, which plays the main roles in the network society and reveal dangerous points of the Internet. Secondly, we consider "information morals" and define it. Furthermore, we introduce the present situation of cyber-crimes and show the basic methods not to encounter them. Finally, the ways to enhance the information morals in the network society is discussed. |
