| 内容記述 | On the rule of feudal lord in edo period, the land tax is infrastructure of the shogunate system, and the got the burden. However, in the castle town, residents is exempt the land tax. Therefore, after the administrative management mechanism, residents prepared the costs for administration. The administrative management mechanism start, residents had the operating expenses by themselves. After the administrative management mechanism, residents also pay administrative costs. An increase in administrative costs but does not change the system in the castle town. R esidents consider the measures themselves, continue to bear the expense. The financial system in the castle town had been supported by residents. Thus, the administration must realize for residents. |
