| 内容記述 | This paper describes the effect of construction on pile foundation design. Here, in order to make clear the effect of the change on soil property due to pile installation, the basic idea of clarifying this change is discussed with some examples of field measurements based on the types of construction method and soil type. Besides, the bearing capacity mechanism of pile foundation during vertical loading is visualized using the results of X-ray CT scanning for model pile loading test. Based on these results, it is concluded that the consideration of soil property change due to pile installation is important on the pile foundation design. | |||||
