| 内容記述 | This is a tentative reseach on teacher education explored in Adelerian Psychology. The purpose of teacher education by Adelerian Psychology is to develop social interests of teachers, to deepen them this thought, and to learn this theory and psychological techniques at school. The process of one-day workshop of study group was documented, which was designed for teacher education and the author participated in this workshop as a group leader. The author discusses the following points; (1) How does the group leader make the group members feel comfortable and relax themselves at the stage of introduction ? (2) How the group leader offer the members good practical case-reports which are relevant to the theme of workshop ? (3) How important is it for members to report themselves to make mutual stimulation among them ? and (4) What direction does the reseacher have in the future? | |||||||||||
