| 内容記述 | A longitudinal investigation was undertaken in the fiscal years 2006-2007 and 2007-2008 in order to monitor and assess students' goal attainment in "subject teaching methods" for juniors and "practice teaching" for seniors, as specialized education subjects in a pre-service teacher training course. Students' course records and self-evaluation data at Sojo University were utilized for the assessment of the methods classes. The same students, who had taken four credits of the methods classes, were requested the next year to respond to a questionnaire for the self-evaluation of practice teaching. A total of 45 students were involved in this investigation. Using the assessment data, problems and issues were discussed in terms of the expected quality of the teacher and the functional linkage among the aforementioned specialized education subjects. It was concluded that for the improvement and enrichment of "subject teaching methods" classes, the individual should take personal responsibility and make every effort. | |||||||||||
