| 内容記述 | The purpose of this research is to develop a training program for visiting nurses who provide advanced medical care such as the use of home-mechanical ventilation for handicapped children and to evaluate its effectiveness. At first we created a training program for improving medical and nursing care knowledge and skills. Then, we conducted an anonymous questionnaire survey to home visiting nurses who participated in this training program before, immediately after, and three months after the training program. The answered that the lecture content in many sessions was useful for actual home-visit nursing. Participation in the training program also improved recognition of self-knowledge, reduced anxiety on home-visit nursing care and its techniques, and became more open to home-visit nursing care for infants. Twenty-four percent of participants also accepted home-visit nursing care for infants in a questionnaire survey three months after the training program. It is considered that it is necessary to implement a training program constantly whose content involves more practical nursing practice and takes each patient's individuality into consideration and to construct a system which makes is possible to coordinate and exchange opinions with other professionals. | |||||||||||||||||
