| 内容記述 | 近年、住宅をはじめ大型店舗、病院など様々な都市機能が郊外に立地しスプロール化する一方で、都市の中心にありながら人口が増加し続けている校区がある。本稿では、熊本市中央区を事例に都市内で人口が増加するメカニズムについて考察するための包括的な状況の把握と仮説検討を行う。人口の推移、世代人口の比較、家族類型の推移、住居の種類と所有関係や地価の動向から、居住空間の選好、人々の移動率などの要因が明らかになった。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | In recent years, various urban functions sprawled, whereas there are some districts that population had been continuously increasing. In this paper, I perform grasp and hypothesis examination of the comprehensive situation to consider the mechanism that population increases Chuo-ku, Kumamoto in an example in cities. From a change of the population, a comparison of the generation population, the change of the family type, the kind of the house and possession relations and the trend of land prices, the factors such as the choice enthusiast of the houseroom, the movement rate of people became clear. | |||||
