| 内容記述 | This study was aimed to reveal the effects of Attention Training Technique (ATT) on self-focused attention, selfesteem and anxiety. The ATT intervention was applied to individuals and small groups. The procedure of the ATT was based on a technique which was developed by Wells (2011), the results showed that ATT intervention had an effect on individual participants, where as it had no effect on small group participants. Therefore, in conclusion ATT was effective in individual participants, but was not effective in small group participants. However, there were some indications that ATT has the possibility of application on small group participants. By evaluating homework settings and the number of applications, may resolve the problem when applying ATT to small groups. | |||||||||||||||||
