| 内容記述 | The scale of corporate losses due to projects, especially large projects failures exceede 10 billion yen, and there are cases related to the survival of companies like Toshiba. Failures of such projects cannot be prevented by risk management method which is already popular among project management professionals. It is inferred that there are behaviors that hide bad information about the project by stakeholders of the project. A method of interviewing stakeholders in projects is commonly used, but at the peak of large projects the number of stakeholders becomes large, which is not an effective method. Along with the recent development of AI, systems for monitoring communication have been developed. I report the result of research on the problem and cost effectiveness when using this for project risk management. | |||||||||||
