| 内容記述 | The Purpose of this research was to investigate the best format for the future training and education of yogo teachers by bringing clarification to the influence brought about by yogo teachers' sense of confidence regarding the profitability of their duties in relation to all different types of training and study opportunities, and its beneficial relationship with the number of years on the job, the scale of the respective school, and various training and study opportunities. The results of this investigation suggest that a training and education format that makes it possible to instill learning in the basic essential properties needed to perform as a school nurse is very important regardless of the existence or non-existence of confidence in their duties as yogo teachers. Further, the results indicate that it is necessary to give a fair degree of consideration concerning the type of school as well as the number of years on the job regarding 'legally binding training and education'. | |||||
