| 内容記述 | From September 2009, it was changed to the prefectural unit insurance premium rate system. It may be unreasonable for regional disparities in insurance premiums to occur due to inequality beyond a certain range. Based on circumstances unrelated to the efforts of prefectural branches, such as the elderly population ratio and the medical environment, we question the system that reflects the results of activities such as optimizing medical expenses in the insurance premium rate. In this paper, based on the history and significance of the system, from the perspective of securing stable financial resources for social security and financial soundness, and taking into account recommendations such as the theory of unification of insurance premiums and the theory of personalization of incentives, "Insurance rates that differ by prefecture" Verify the validity of the settings. | |||||
