| 内容記述 | There have been growing interests in globalization in international politics. However, the debate over this topic is divided: some see globalization as inevitable phenomena with the increase in international trade, while others cast doubt on it because the fundamental role of the sovereign state remains unchanged. Investigating the case of the harmonization of competition law, this paper aims to clarify under what conditions globalization progresses. Beyond the either-or arguments of the existing studies, it claims that globalization gradually accelerates when forumbased discussions are provided for states, which are open and non-binding and respect state sovereignty. | |||||
