In this study, the researchers clarified the difficulties that Yogo Teacher Students encountered during the absence of a Yogo Teacher. The target number of students was 20 coming from a Special Yogo Teacher Course in K University. The research method used was semi-structured interview. From the results, the researchers came up with six categories pertaining to the difficulties that the students encountered during the absence of a Yogo Teacher and three categories that the stuudents should learn in advance. It would be very important for the students to do the practical training by recognizing first the importance of the follwing three points: 1.gain an understanding of the children's actual condition and strengthen coordination with the "Yogo" Teacher and other school staffs. 2.understand the policy favored by practical training school and the "Yogo" Teacher. 3.do practical training with awareness as educator |
