| 内容記述 | Kumamoto University has carried on support program as "the Project for Creating the Communities that Support the Aged," in combination with the administration and the inhabitants of a community as well as with private enterprises. With the idea of health pro-motion, the program aims at the inhabitants' participation and their own action. The project called "Healthy Japan 21" in Kosa Machi(town) is drawn up by using what we call "PRECEDE・PROCEED Model(MIDORI Model)." The following items came out as the basic needs for making the health program promotion program for the inhabitants. 1. Ability to enjoy diets 2. Ability to incorporate sports in his/her life 3. To maintain one's own health by oneself 4. To have a community where people always laugh 5. Ability to live in a clean environment \nThere items are thought to be the QOLs common to every community and the action plans for them are necessary. |
