| 内容記述 | We evaluated the importance of the work of a child-welfare consultation center and the actual situation of child abuse in Kumamoto. The results are described below. 1)The prevention of child abuse is an important role of a child-welfare consultation center. But when a child-welfare consultation center acquires some information about child abuse,most of the mothers are already coldhearted to their child. 2)Many of the cases of child abuse occur to the children who are less than three years old,and most of them occur especially when the mothers are living with their lover. 3)Forming the stronger attachment between a mother and a child in early pregnancy is the most important measure to prevent child abuse. 4)A midwife is engaged in the work capable of promoting the attachment in early pregnancy of the mothers. The results suggest that a midwife can play an important part in the prevention of child abuse. |
