| 内容記述 | リンパ球酸化ストレス(LOS)測定の臨床検査としての有用性を全身性エリテマトーデス（SLE)で検討した。活動性SLEのLOSは非活動性SLEのＬ○ｓより有意に高く、LOSと疾患活動性指数との間には正の相関がみられた。ループス腎炎を合併するSLEでは非腎炎SLEよりもLOSが高かった。しかし非腎炎であってもLOSが高い症例ではLOSが低い症例よりもその後の経過で腎炎を合併する率が高かった。ＳＬＥ血漿中のinterleukin-1β(IL-1β)、tumor necrosis factor α（TNF-α）およびinterferon-γ（IFN-γ)濃度は健常人血漿と比較して有意に高くなっていた。またIL-1β、TNF-α、ＩＦＮ-γのいずれも健常人のLOSを高めた。これらの結果はLOSがSLEにおける臨床検査としての有用｣性を示しているが、それに止まらず広く高サイトカイン血症を来す疾患で臨床検査として役立つ可能性も示唆している。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The clinical usefulness of measuring lymphocyte oxidative stress (LOS) was evaluated by measuring LOS of 21 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). The LOS of SLE patients in active state were significantly higher than those of SLE patients in inactive state and LOS significantly correlated with the disease activity score of SLE patients. Complication of lupus nephritis also was a factor elevating LOS. In cases without nephritis but with high LOS values nephritis developed at a high rate in the following 5 years. Plasma concentrations of interleukin-1 β(IL-1 β), tumor necrosis factor α (TNF-α) and interferon-γ (IFN-γ) in SLE patients were all significantly higher than ones in healthy persons. These three inflammatory cytokines significantly raised LOS when they were added to lymphocytes of healthy persons in in vitro incubation. These results reveal that LOS measurement should be useful as clinical data in the case of diseases with hypercytokinemia like SLE. | |||||
