| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は発達障害児における自己理解の発達プロセスの解明及び援助法について検討することである。主に以下の三点について検討した。（１）自閉症児の自己理解の発達プロセスに関して自己像認知、意図模倣、視覚的注意について検討した。（２）発達障害児の自己理解を促す臨床的援助として臨床実践及び臨床場面におけるセラピストとクライエントの相互作用分析を行った。（３）発達障害児に対する障害告知とカミングアウトの実態調査を行った。結果、発達障害児の自己理解は定型発達とは異なるプロセスで形成されており、本人の自尊心・自己効力感といった情緒面への支援の必要性が示唆された。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study was clarification of the developmental process of self understanding in children with developmental disorders, and the construction of clinical support methods. The research areas were as follows: (1) to examine the developmental process of self understanding in children with developmental disorders, recognition task of self image, imitation task, and visual attention task were given. (2) to examine the clinical supports, the clinical practice and the analysis of interaction between therapist and client were discussed. (3) investigation of the informing children that they have disorders, explanation to another children in the same class. The results suggest that the understanding of self in developmental disorders is formed the different process and mechanism from typical development in early development. Additionally, supports for children’s affect as self-esteem and self-efficacy was required. |
