| 内容記述 | Depending on the development of science and technology, convergence service in a new form based on a combination of broadcasting and communications is being accelerated. At this point, it is fairly obvious which is governed by appropriate legislation being prepared to be taken. Since 1995, Korea could became the world's leading IT powers began to install broadband Internet networks, and this brought the emergence of new converged services. Since then until now, despite a lot of effort it has took too much time to prepare legal system for the services, particularly in relation to broadcast-communications services. Even today, digital technology and services are developed at a rapid pace, so legal revision of the broadcast-communications keep the pace is difficult. Korea is considering the G20 summit as a motivation and the progress for progress for provide of legal system so far, should be enforced speed to complete the media law. | |||||
