| 内容記述 | The present study is to investigate the elementary and junior/senior high school classes, which the present university students attended in the past and think they understood very well on the occasion and which remain pleasantly in their memory even today and to examine the relationships between teachers' PM pattern leadership types and their subject teaching, daily life guidance and homeroom management. The subjects were 131 students (male:40, female:91) of School of Education, Kumamoto University. They were asked to describe the classes in detail and evaluate their teachers in terms of the aspects given above. Main results are as follows: (1) The number of PM type teachers was the largest in elementary school, decreasing in the junior and senior high school in this order, while the number of pm type teachers increased with the grade. In addition, the number of M type teachers tended to increase with the grade and the number of P type teachers tended to decrease with the grade. The number of each of these types existed between the PM type and the pm type. (2) Concerning the evaluation, of subject teaching, daily life guidance, and homeroom management, the PM type came first, followed by M, P. and pm in this order. (3) The classes, which the students understood very well and clear memories of which they still have, had them rules and principles learn by using and experiencing things for themselves. (4) What the students did not understand very well were found out more in science, with mathematics, social studies and English following in this order, and more in senior high school, with junior high school and elementary school following. | |||||
