| 内容記述 | As reported in the preceding paper, usefulness of introduction of personal computers into classes of menu planning was suggested. Followingly, I investigated the problems accompanying the introduction by questionnaire method. With the aid of functions of personal computers such as speedy processing and visual display, students could easily understand the necessity to judge nutrient balance correctly. They also eagerly practiced cooking after planning the menus. Therefore, introduction of personal computers into classes made students more interested in menu planning. Nevertheless, even third grade junior high school students could not fully understand quantitative and nutritional aspects of food, presenting the problems that should be settled hereafter. | |||||||||||
