| 内容記述 | The Hakkas is one of the HAN Chinese, same as the immigrants from Min-Nan; however the Hakkas have different customs of their own. This has made the different compositions and the different usages of the dwelling from those of Min-Nan people. This paper aims to find out the living style in the traditional San-Go-In house. Main conclusions are as follows:- 1. There were three or four married couples in each traditional San-Go-In house. There are rules of where the eldest couples should live in. 2. There was only one kitchen shared for about 50 peoples in the agricultural period, but two or three kitchens increased in modem period. 3. The kitchens were renovated from the vacant bedrooms, as the children left home for school or work. 4. All people are passed away or moved to other houses, and the family memorial tablets are left in the traditional San-Go-In house. After the eldest family took the family memorial tablets to their house, the traditional San-Go-In house was abandoned. The traditional Hakka San-Go-In house were located near the mountains, therefore the speed of the occurrence of the vacant rooms and abandoned houses were so rapid. This is the history of the traditional San-Go-In house. | |||||
