| 内容記述 | 今日の熊本県で国政に携わる政治家たち（衆院選小選挙区立候補者）はいかなる政策的な特徴を持っているのか。本稿ではこの課題について考える。東京大学蒲島＝谷口研究室・朝日新聞共同政治家調査データを活用して、まずは2003年から09年の衆院選に立候補した自民・民主両党政治家の基本政策（小さな政府、財政出動、公共事業、集団的自衛権、憲法改正）に対する立場について分析し、熊本県の政治家と全国平均との比較を行う。さらに09年衆院選時の政治家たちの重視争点・政策分野についても同様の検討を行う。結論としては、熊本の小選挙区立候補者は、地元の置かれた状況を踏まえつつも、基本的には政策（変化）の全国的な傾向に沿った形で自身の政策的立場を示しているということがいえる。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | What politucal stance do candidate for members of the Diet in Kumamoto Prefecture, Japan hold? This is the research question explored on this paper. Using data from the Asahi-Todai Elite Survey (ATES), of which sample is politicians, I analyze positions over the basic policy (Small government, Government expenditure, Public projects, Collective self-defense, and Constitutional revision) and the priority issues amond the Liberal Democratic Party and the Democratic Party politicians who were candidates for from 2003 to 2009 Lower House election. Data from the politicians in kumamoto prefecture are then compared with the national average. In conclusion, although the single-seat constituency candidates of Kumamoto consider the local situation to some extent, they show the own policy position fundamentally based on the national tendency. |
