| 内容記述 | Aims of this study were to propose the science enlightenment activity which a college sends to the local community and to increase scientists and engineers through the experiment of "DNA". "DNA" of grated garlics (domestic product and foreign product) and humans were able to be satisfactorily extracted by life articles, and the difference among both was able to be checked by electrophoresis. In questionnaires, although most students thought that extraction of DNA was difficult and serious work before the experiment, it answered that all the students were very easy after the experiment. | |||||
