| 内容記述 | 平成24年4月1日より政令指定都市に移行した熊本市は、中央・東・西・南・北の5区の区割りとなった。筆者らは、このうち市域の南部を占める南区より、平成25年度の熊本市第6次総合計画の中間見直しに反映される予定の「区まちづくりビジョン」策定を中心に、まちづくり事業の支援を請け負った。本研究の目的は、筆者らのまちづくりに関するアクションリサーチの実践を、地域住民と行政との協働のもとで展開される地域の風土を活かしたまちづくりの基礎資料とすることである。そのため、筆者らが請け負ったまちづくり事業支援における、筆者らのフレームワークの設計意図、その実施プロセス、振り返りにおける地域住民と行政職員の意識形成を分析した。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Kumamoto city consists from five divisions from 1st April in 2012. Authers are concerned with the project for suporting of ommunity development in Minami-ku, Kumamoto sity. The request from Minami-ku was using workshop method in this process for various participation. The aim of this paper is report of our action research approach of community development in Minami-ku under the cooperation between local collectivities and inhabitants. We described about our framework for suport of community development, the process of this community development and consensus building between local collectivities and inhabitants. | |||||
