| 内容記述 | 本稿では、個人が「健康である」と思う主観的健康感に着目し、20歳、30歳代の主観的健康感にはどのような個人の属性、社会関係などの認識、実際の生活習慣が関係しているのかを明らかにすることを目的として行った分析結果を報告する。熊本県内の中小企業に勤務する20代、30代男女のライフスタイルを把握するために実施した調査データ (N=353) をもとに、ロジスティック回帰分析を行った。分析結果から、上司のサポートがあるという認識、私生活での大きなストレスを感じていないこと、睡眠不足を感じていないこと、時間も含む仕事への投資エネルギーがコントロールできているという認識、仕事が安定的だという認識、自分なりのストレス解消法をもっていること、が自分は健康であると思うことと関連していることが明らかになった。このような結果をもとに、若年就労者への健康関連行動の働きかけのあり方について考察する。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | This paper reports the results of the analyses focusing on self-rated health status. Logistic regression was conducted to assess what demographics, and perceptions and practices in daily lives were related to self-rated health status. The data were collected from male and female workers in their 20s and 30s at small companies located in Kumamoto as part of formative research for a langer project. The results using the data of 353 respondents indicated that perceptions of having support from bosses, of having not much stress from the private life, of having enough sleep, of being able to control over the time and energy for work, and of having the stable job improve self-rated health status. So does having own ways of stress management. The discussion on how we can more effectively approach the groups of young workers based on the findings follows. | |||||
