| 内容記述 | 本稿は公共的な課題解決を目指す参加型ガバナンスやその実践手法の情報データベースとして、理論研究や実践をサポートする可能性を秘めたオンラインプラットフォームの展開を解説する。こうしたオンライン上のプラットフォームは、近年の急速なインターネットやデジタル技術の発展を背景としながら、熟議や協働を通じた市民参加へのニーズの高まりに応答しつつ、誰もがアクセス可能な参加型手法及び実践事例のデータベース構築を目指そうとしている。事例として、わが国で展開されている「でこなび」、と海外の事例として「Participedia」の概要を紹介している。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Recently, an open source, participatory knowledge tool that responds to resolving public issues: the development of experiments in new form of participatory policymaking and governance around the world. These experiments are diverse and widespread. This paper focus on potential and challenges on an online platform of participatory process that can encourage us to resolve public issues. Variety of such online platform is both crowd-sourced and structured tool to be useful to scholars, practitioners, and civil society organization and to produce good quality, compatible information as an open-source, real-time, cumulative database about participatory and deliberative governance experiments. | |||||
