| 内容記述 | 中国には、魅力的な天然ガス資源量が存在し、特に非在来型天然ガスは、有望なエネルギー資源となる可能性を秘めている。近年の中国では、これまでは実用化されていなかった非在来型天然ガス開発は、中国政府の全力的なバックアップなどにより、商用化へ向けての動きが活発化してきている。本稿では、中国の非在来型天然ガス開発に関する優遇政策や、開発計画、開発状況などを論じた。その上で、中国政府が提示した優遇政策は、非在来型天然ガス開発に対してどのような影響を及ぼしたかについて考察した。考察によれば、優遇政策は非在来型天然ガス開発の原動力であり、非在来型天然ガス開発を促進している。今後では、非在来型天然ガス開発が拡大し、中国のエネルギー産業には大きな変化がもたらされると考えられる。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | In China, there is a fascinating natural gas resource, especially the unconventional natural gas, which has a promising potential. In recent years, unconventional natural gas development that have not been put to practical use to this, by best backup of the Chinese government, it has been intensified towards commercialization in China. In this paper, we discussed preferential policies, development plans, developmental status etc. of the unconventional natural gas in China. On that basis, we discussed how preferential policies of the Chinese government impacts on unconventional gas development. According to the considerations, preferential policies are the driving force for the development of unconventional natural gas and promote the development of unconventional natural gas. In the future, the development of unconventional natural gas will expand, and it is considered that a major change will be introduced in China's energy industry. | |||||
