| 内容記述 | がん教育が、全国の学校で本格的に始まろうとしている。文部科学省は、がん教育の実施に当たって学校医やがん専門医、がん経験者などの外部講師の授業への参加・協力を強く求めている。学校では、これまでも外部の専門家等を講師にした授業を行ってきたが、外部講師の参加・協力を求めるかは、そのときの学校方針しだいである。そこで、小学校の教師および6年生児童が、がん教育における外部講師との連携の必要性をどのように考えているのかを調査した。その結果、教師や児童が外部講師に期待する具体的な内容が明らかになった。この結果を、がん教育の学習計画作りに生かしていくことで、外部講師の効果的活用ができるようになるものと考える。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Serious and full-scale cancer educational programming is on the way to start in public schools across Japan. In addition, the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology requires that cancer education should be given with the help of visiting lecture (healthcare professionals such as a school doctor, a cancer specialist, and cancer patients). So far, however, school education with or by visiting lecturer has varied depending upon each school policy or the teacher in charge. This survey was conducted to reveal how much teachers and school children (6th grade) in Kumamoto value cancer education, and what they want to learn from healthcare professionals or cancer patients. It turned out that what they expect from guest cancer specialists or cancer patients varied depending upon the content of lessons regarding cancer. I believe this study to be an effective and beneficial resource for cancer educational programming in the hope of making full use of the help of guest lecturers. | |||||
