| 内容記述 | In Japan's ultra-low birthrate and aging society, Realization of "a lifelong active society in the age of 100 years of life" is indispensable. If elderly people can maximize their performance by utilizing their high abilities as masters, rather than simply sitting down, they are expected to contribute to maintaining and improving motivation and contributing to corporate management and local communities. However, in practice, there are various problems and troubles in promoting the employment of the elderly （masters） in the field of employment. In this paper, based on the history and significance of labor-related laws and regulations, from the perspective of employment of the elderly （masters） and agreement / agreement of contracts for employment, the possibility and recommendations for conversion to masters rather than mere sitting work are also taken into consideration. Consider the challenges and prospects of Masters employment. | |||||
