Most companies create a new leave system and promote that leave system. Results show that the rate of paid days off taken by work employees has increased, while the turnover rate has decreased. 2) As for the questionnaire survey, we cited an array of interesting measures, for examples, compiling a guidebook to the child care and family care leave system, providing monetary support for self-study, providing opportunities for reading books, going to concerts and art museums, etc., for employees, under the management philosophy of Work-Life-Integration. 3) We also offer high school home economics lesson incorporation managers of certified companies as guest teachers.
