| 内容記述 | 近年、全国で行政等が在来品種を伝統野菜として認定し、ブランド化を試みる状況が生まれている。本稿では、熊本で伝統野菜として認定されている「ひご野菜」「くまもとふるさと伝統野菜」に対する熊本県民や県外からの観光客へのアンケート調査を通じて、伝統野菜の認知度やイメージの実態について検討した。調査結果から、ひご野菜の認知度は、県内住民の方が県外住民よりも高い状況にあり、個別の品目の認知度に関しては、県内外で異なる傾向を示していた。また、ひご野菜に対するイメージとしては郷土料理、安心・安全、美味しいといったことを感じる人が多く、価値が高い、高級といったイメージはそれほど強くない傾向が見られた。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Recently, governmental sector select "Traditional Vegetables" from local varieties in order to preserve these genetic resources or cultural goods. This study investigates the current state of public intentions toward traditional vegetables in Kumamoto. By conducting internet survey to local residents and tourists, this study examines the way of expanding the utilization of these traditional varieties. We found that local residents know more about "Higo Yasai" than tourists. The result showd that people associated these traditional vegetables with local food, good taste, food safty. | |||||
