| 内容記述 | 本研究では，地域創生を念頭に，高校生から自治体職員まで多様な主体が協働して，ないものねだりではなく地域にある資源を活かして，シビックプライドを涵養しながら，自立的に地域課題解決に取り組む実践についてアクションリサーチを行った．具体的には，過疎化，少子高齢化が激しい熊本県上天草市姫戸地区，龍ヶ岳地区において，地域住民，市役所職員，さらには地元の熊本県立上天草高等学校の生徒も参加してワークショップを行い，地域創生に資する学びをまとめた．ワークショップでは，SDGsの考え方やソーシャルイノベーションについて学びながら，地域の風土に根ざした持続可能なまちづくり提案を行った．多様な主体が対話を重視した学び合いを実践することで，地域に対する愛着や誇り，自負が醸成され，持続可能な地域マネジメントに有用な学びが得られた． | |||||

| 内容記述 | In this study, it is conducted an action research on the practice of various actors, from high school students to local government officials, cooperating to solve local problems independently while cultivating civic pride by utilizing local resources rather than coveting what is not there. Specifically, workshops were conducted in the Himedo and Ryugatake districts of Kami-Amakusa City, Kumamoto Prefecture, which were depopulation, low birthrate, and aging population are severe, with the participation of local residents, city hall staff, and students from the local Kami-Amakusa High School. In the workshop, while learning about the concept of SDGs and social innovation, the participants made proposals for sustainable community development rooted in the local identity. By practicing a learning process that emphasized dialogue among diverse actors, it is able to foster attachment, civic pride, and self-confidence in the region and obtain useful learning for sustainable regional management. | |||||
