| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to examine the significance of case conferences as an inschool support system in special-needs education, and to present actual support efforts. First, regarding the issues in special-needs education, there has been a rapid increase in the proportion of students eligible for special-needs education, but a significant decline in teachers’ intrinsic motivation. Thus, using the problem-solving model, we argued that case conferences are indeed important and reported on four cases in regular schools. Based on the findings, we highlighted: 1） the effectiveness of the support for the problem solving; 2） the effectiveness of case conferences in improving the function of the in-school support system; and 3） the effective operation of the case conferences as a whole. | |||||
